MMOexp: Even a person with the highest level of vitality

In the video above As you can see in the video, these strays appear be bugged. Their normal attacks function according to Elden Ring Runes plan, but for some reason their combinations hit way too often, as evident by the repeated sound effects as well as the rapid bleeding. Even a person with the highest level of vitality and endurance statistics--which regulate, among other things, health points and bleed resistance as well as heavy-duty armor can't survive for more than a couple of seconds before hemorrhaging into the next life.

According to user comments on Fextralife the wiki site that contains information on Elden Ring as well as other Souls titles, Writheblood Ruins was at some point home to an immortal slime, but I haven't been able to locate footage of the opponent in combat. The issue was apparently resolved with the latest 1.03 patch.

While Elden Ring has its fair number of bugs, it is just part of the game. The development process isn't easy even in the best of times. And given recent troubles in the last few years, it's an absolute wonder that FromSoftware was able to release something that ambitious and can still run pretty well for the vast majority of users. (It's definitely not Cyberpunk 2077). So, just sit back and stay clear of buy Elden Ring Runes this aspect of the game for now.
