Looking for a reliable and budget-friendly Computer Processor

I'm planning to upgrade my Computer Processor. After some research, I've decided to go with the Intel intel intel core i3-8300 @ 3.70ghz model. However, before proceeding, I wanted to gather some insights from the community.

 

I found Direct Macro as a good option but they are offering both refurbished and new drives, so I am a little puzzled.

 

Can anyone here suggest me which condition I should go for? I'm particularly interested in Intel intel core i3-8300 @ 3.70ghz and looking forward to your suggestions.
